We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return.
Only full sets can be returned, including all accessoiries. Returning individual items from a set is not possible.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, depending on the carrier and the country from which the return is made. Please note that we do not cover any import duties or customs fees on exchanges. It is advisable to retain the shipping receipt with tracking information until your return has been fully processed.
Damages and Issues
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly at info@roaluci.com
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the desired item is to return the one you currently have, and, once the return is processed, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary, and it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@roaluci.com.
